Carmel Cream Ale – ABV 10% IBU 18 – The nice caramel notes will bring to mind memories from your childhood of savoring soft caramel candies. This creamy ale is dry-hopped with vanilla to give it a pleasing, round finish. No extracts of any kind are used in this beer. Don’t be surprised if you notice small pieces of vanilla in the beige foamy head; we only use the real deal – fresh, whole vanilla beans.
Honey Wheat – ABV 4.8% IBU 18 – Golden and silky are the best ways to describe this seasonal beer. Golden in color and flavor, this surprisingly clear wheat beer has a smooth and drinkable honey sweetness. It’s finished off in the fermenter with vanilla which adds a nice level of complexity to this easy drinking beer.
Category 5 (Double IPA) – ABV 8.5% IBU 96 – This double IPA is for the hophead at heart. An insane amount of 6 different varieties of hops are used in this beer. It is then dry hopped even more afterward. The outcome is a very hoppy double IPA that is fresh, citrusy and resiny. Think West Coast style brought over to the East Coast of Florida.
