Julio’s Weizen – Cloudy light yellow color, small white head. Spicy, banana, sweet, malty taste. Sweet and spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Spicy and banana scent. Due South Brewery – Boynton Beach, FL

Carmel Cream Ale – ABV 10% IBU 18 – The nice caramel notes will bring to mind memories from your childhood of savoring soft caramel candies. This creamy ale is dry-hopped with vanilla to give it a pleasing, round finish. No extracts of any kind are used in this beer. Don’t be surprised if you notice small pieces of vanilla in the beige foamy head; we only use the real deal – fresh, whole vanilla beans. Honey Wheat – ABV 4.8% IBU 18 – Golden and silky are the best ways to describe this seasonal beer. Golden in color and flavor, this surprisingly clear wheat beer has a smooth and drinkable honey sweetness. It’s finished off in the fermenter with vanilla which adds a nice level of complexity to this easy drinking beer. Category 5 (Double IPA) – ABV 8.5% IBU 96 – This double IPA is for the hophead at heart.  An insane amount of 6 different varieties of hops are used in this beer.  It is then dry hopped even more afterward.  The outcome is a very hoppy double IPA that is fresh, citrusy and resiny.  Think West Coast style brought over to the East Coast of Florida.

Southern Tier Brewing Company

Palm Breweries – Steenhuffel, Belgium

Palm Amber Ale – ABV 5.4% – is one of the better Belgian beers of the early 20th century. This smooth-drinking, amber-colored top-fermentation beer has a sensible alcohol content. Special PALM malts determine its honey-like mellowness and PALM’s own selected yeasts give it a fruity yeast aroma. Fine aroma hops from Kent afford subtle harmony. PALM is the absolute number one “BELGIAN AMBER BEER”.
